The Bible teaches "We are the light of the world and the salt of the earth." Our Lord's last words to His disciples were, "You shall be My witnesses." The Evangelism Ministry seeks to live out the very essence of the Purpose Statement for New Rising Star: "To demonstrate the love of God revealed to us through Jesus Christ to all within our reach, and to utilize the worship of God to strengthen our commitment to the Word, the Will, and the Way of the Father." The greatest expression of that love is found in the Gospel message, John 3:16.

Members of the Evangelism Ministry seek nothing less than to spread the love of the Gospel message to all within our reach, to the glory of God, our Father.

The Evangelism Ministry meets the 2nd Saturday of every month. Reminders will be announced and/or listed in the bulletin.
